Alpine IVA-W505 review

The Alpine IVA-W505 is a DVD player with LCD monitor, AM/FM tuner, and digital player. It is in-dash integrated intended as a sound/entertainment system for vehicles. Its 7″ LCD monitor is motorized and “touch screen”. Its amplifier is 50 watts x4.

The IVA-W505 also features a CD changer, a satellite radio receiver, navigation system, digital player, and HD radio. Its digital audio format is Dolby Digital and DTS digital outputs. Its control features a touch panel for volume, treble, bass, loudness, subwoofer level and a rotary counter. It includes a rear-facing camera capability, a built-in clock, ID3 tags support, and is IPod compatible. It is WMA, AAC, and MP3 supported. An added feature is the USB flash drive playback. It can read CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-Audio, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD, CD, Video CD. You can not go wrong with any Car Stereo from Alpine but the Alpine IVA-W505 is definitely worth the money.
