Chaumet Watches

by Magneto

Chaumet Watches were the creation of Marie-Etienne Nitot who started her work in 1780. Her shop was situated in Paris, which turned out to be the official jewelry shop to Napoleon I. Her works were admired, as they possessed magnificent style and excellence. Chaumet had a special flair to embellish her watches with gems and aesthetic designs. More of a classic touch was blended in each of her artifacts. Her inspirations and always good-looking styles was one of the major contributions to the romantic period.

With the upcoming of her new shops, she started designing watches for the rich people in the society. She did not want to simply make money, as she knew the rich people would possess her watches that may leave a mark in the history of watch making even after her death. The Khesis collection in the 90s was amazing with the blend of diamonds. This time the company had developed into a much higher level showing versatility in technology and style. Designs were worth in fulfilling the dreams that were hidden in the mind of many for years. Their use of pearl in on the dial with golden strap was much more beautiful than a hand chain and women simply love Chuamet watches.
