Cinier Panels Radiate Art

Radiators have come out of the closet, no longer relegated to the dark, dusty recesses of contemporary home interiors. Cinier is one of several companies helping to change the face of home heating, bringing beauty and innovation to this necessary appliance.

The company quarries Olycale stone from the mountainous regions of southern France, then re-forms it into long panels that support thermal design. The thermal qualities of the stone allow heat to accumulate and diffuse, eliminating many of the core components required in conventional heaters, a theory similar to technology used in saunas. Combined with a heating core and RTS regulator, the stone becomes a controllable heat source that is highly efficient.

The design opens up a world of possibilities for stylistic radiators that combine function with contemporary style.
