The Pentagon Wall System Designed to Reduce Sound

by Magneto

The Pentagon Wall System was created by young designers from StookeAustad and a wood manufacturing company called Bosvik. The walls are composed of a condensed assortment of recycled materials and when it is put together, it helps reduce sound in open spaces. Its honeycombed shapes make a great décor for homes, schools, and offices. The wall system is an extremely thoughtful design that is stylish and clever.

The woodwork reflects the style and texture of classic Norwegian wood carvings. With its geometric shapes the designs are simple, and helps maintain a casual environment. There are a few designs to choose from, pentagons with simple solid colors and others with swirls. It is great for areas where there is a desire to minimize noise such as children’s rooms or work environments. It creates a comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful environment. For more information on the Pentagon Wall System you may see here for more information. Freshome was the source for this article.

The Stucco by Genevieve Bennett

by Lotus

As its name suggests, Stucco resembles molding sculpted on a plaster wall, but it is actually a cleverly designed, three-dimensional wall panel adorned with cut leather pieces. The resulting composition of abstracted leaves and flowers comes just in time for spring. While custom colors and sizes are available, it comes standard in a 30 1/3-inch-by-39 1/3-inch panel.

The design piece is perfect for modern homes and adds a touch of colors on the plain walls of contemporary spaces. The three dimensional effect is unique compared to the effects of two dimensional paintings, and adds a bit of life into living spaces. The leaves and flowers are cut to extreme detail adding elegance enhancing the quality of the environments.

The Stucco is not only suitable for homes, it also makes a great decor in offices, stores, hotels, and other environments that is lacks decoration. For more information on the Stucco you may see here.
