Terzani is a lighting company that prefers to think of themselves as a production laboratory for lighting objects, as their designs are always revolutionary and some would even say experimental, but it the best of ways. The dabble with many different materials for their lighting products including wrought iron, carved wood and Murano glass. The company began in 1985 when the fateful meeting of Sergio Terzani and Jean François Crochet took place, and they have gone on to take the lighting world by storm together. They don’t like the word lamp, and say they don’t create lamps, they create lighting sculptures, and one look at some of their beautiful designs will reveal that to be entirely true.

Terzani’s site is extremely well designed and has everything you could possibly ask for from a website, and you could easily lose half a day just clicking around and making mental notes of things to add to your wish list.
