The Swarm Chandelier

The Swarm Chandelier is composed of 16,000 black crystals that formed an impressive geometric shape. The chandelier resembles an explosion that is frozen in time. It gives a continued sense of motion that is so often characterized in the work of Zaha Hadid.

For its creator Zaha Hadid, crystal is a source of inspiration because of its fragility and brilliant components make the use of harsher more traditional materials like concrete more interesting.
